Return Policy

Fourteen day no-questions-asked return policy (as long as item is not customized with personal information): If you receive your item and are not satisfied I will refund your purchase price and ORIGINAL shipping cost as long as the item is received by me in the same state as it was when I shipped it to you. You will be responsible for shipping cost back to me.
One hundred and twenty day damaged item return: If your item becomes broken or damaged due to shipping or manufacturer flaw I will either replace the item or refund purchase price and original shipping cost but you must send back pieces.
Custom Orders

If you see an item that you would need customized, please contact me to go over details and so that I may give you a time frame in which to expect your purchase.

Custom orders require a 20% deposit.
A request with personalized information requires a 75% deposit.
